In 2008, Arfan Mahmood established New Look Blinds. Initially operating from a van, he sourced blinds from other manufacturers while gaining valuable industry knowledge. By prioritizing exceptional customer service, competitive pricing, and high-quality products, the business quickly garnered a loyal customer base. Notably, 90% of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals, a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction.
After several years of prosperous operations, Arfan made the strategic decision to establish his own blinds manufacturing facility. This initiative was driven by the desire to enhance product quality, reduce lead times, and facilitate the expansion of the business. Started Manufacturing vertical & roller blinds.
The company is planning to establish three new production facilities to enhance production capacity and diversify the range of products manufactured internally.
Mr Arfan, with his strong interest in home improvement, has strategically established several businesses that effectively complement the Blinds business.
Due to the success of our business, we have relocated to a larger facility. In order to further enhance product quality and reduce production time, new machinery has been ordered. By increasing our inventory, we aim to improve production efficiency.
